Terms for Using RNP Tech Solutions Services

By using this website or engaging with RNP Tech Solutions for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

RNP Tech Solutions provides professional websites, business management dashboards, enquiry systems, booking systems, role-based access tools, and related digital services for local and small businesses on a monthly subscription basis.

The specific features, modules, and access levels available to each client depend on the subscription plan selected and any agreed customizations.

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. The applicable plan and monthly fee are agreed upon at the time of signup or service activation.

Monthly subscription fees are due by the 5th of every month. A grace period may be provided until the 10th of the month. If payment is not received after the grace period, services may be temporarily paused. Services will be resumed after the pending payment is cleared.

RNP Tech Solutions reserves the right to update pricing or plan details with prior communication to the client.

As a client of RNP Tech Solutions, you are responsible for the following:

All business information, service descriptions, pricing, images, legal claims, offers, promotions, and content displayed on your website are your responsibility as the business owner. RNP Tech Solutions sets up and maintains the system but is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of business content provided by the client.

Service activation timelines depend on the plan selected and the information provided by the client. Monthly support covers maintenance, minor updates, and technical assistance as per the agreed plan. Major customization requests beyond the standard plan scope may involve additional charges.

A free demo may be offered at RNP Tech Solutions's discretion to allow potential clients to understand our services. A 1-month free trial may be available for selected businesses. The free trial does not create a paid subscription obligation unless the client expressly agrees to continue with a paid plan.

RNP Tech Solutions may use or recommend third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp API, SMS services, Google services, and other platforms. Charges for such third-party services, if applicable, are separate from our subscription fees and are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

The RNP Tech Solutions brand, website design, platform code, proprietary tools, and system architecture remain the intellectual property of RNP Tech Solutions. Clients are provided access to the system for their business use only. Reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of our system is not permitted.

Content provided by the client (business name, images, services, logos) remains the property of the client.

RNP Tech Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost business, missed enquiries, technical downtime, or third-party service failures.

Our liability in any case is limited to the subscription fees paid by the client in the relevant billing period.

RNP Tech Solutions provides websites, dashboards, and digital tools to support your business. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customer enquiries, bookings, sales, or revenue growth. Results depend on your business quality, market demand, customer response, advertising activity, and other external factors outside our control.

RNP Tech Solutions may suspend or terminate services for non-payment beyond the grace period, violation of these terms, misuse of the system, or provision of false information. The client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
